Since the inception of Mr. Beavers’ practice, he has focused on the practical applications of environmental sustainability, landscape as a story-telling medium and the creation of community.
Like the students in the Landscape Architecture Program at UCLA Extension, landscape architecture is a second career for Rhett, having earned a degree and spent time as a banker. Rhett earned a MLA at Texas A&M University and has practiced throughout the Southwestern U.S.
